Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager - Civil to oversee civil construction projects in Dubai, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management:
    - Manage and coordinate site activities, including construction, quality control, and safety.
    - Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
2. Team Management:
    - Lead and manage a team of civil engineers, supervisors, and laborers.
    - Ensure that team members are aware of project requirements, safety procedures, and industry standards.
3. Quality and Safety:
    - Ensure that project work meets high-quality standards and safety requirements.
    - Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards.
4. Client Relations:
    - Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that project requirements are met.

Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    - Professional certifications (e.g., OSHA, ISO 9001) are an advantage.
2. Experience:
    - Minimum 7-10  years of experience in civil construction site management.
    - Proven experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects in Dubai.
3. Skills:
    - Strong technical knowledge of civil construction practices and regulations.
    - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    - Strong site management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

Salary: AED 20000- 25000 + Family benefits
