Job Overview: To execute quality processes to ensure the quality and reliability of the products and services meets specified quality standards. Respond to client requests for after sales technical support to resolve customer complaints and satisfy their needs. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with various departments, such as production, engineering, and customer service, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Collect data from Compliance/Manufacturing corrective & preventive actions and inspections to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• dentify, document, and prioritize defects, working closely with developers to facilitate timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the software development life cycle.
• Ensure all the jobs are done in line with the Quality procedures, timelines and proper implementation of safety regulations and appropriate certification needed to carry out the work
• Supervise the implementation of all section policies, processes, and procedures. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures.
• Provide inputs to the Quality Assurance Manager for the development of Quality assurance department budgets and work plans.
• Conduct regular internal and external audits to evaluate compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as focal point of contact for any external audit’s requirements.
• Contribute to benchmarking studies against product availability and market gaps for competitive advantage with coordination with process compliance team.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and industry best practices to enhance overall quality processes.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Polymers with specialised training in Nuclear Quality Assurance systems in line with NQA and ISO standards
• Quality management skills, excellent communication, time management, project management skills including use of Gantt charts and MS Project
• Systematic orientation, diligence, transparency, integrity, professionalism, caring & supportive style, passion for excellence, change management orientation.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in the manufacturing industry sector
• Good knowledge of Nuclear Quality Assurance standards and respective cable standards e.g., NQA-1, ASME, IEEE, ASTM, NEMA, AEIC related to nuclear cables.
• Added Advantage: Lead auditor training in Nuclear QA systems and NAQ-1 and ISO 9001, 18001, 14001 standards
