Job Responsibilities: 

• Inventory Tracking: Monitor and record inventory levels regularly, ensuring accurate data entry in ZOHO
• Stock Audits: Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Order and Allocation Support: Collaborate with Accounts, Logistics and Warehouse Teams in placing orders and allocation of goods.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate inventory records, including product descriptions, quantities, and locations, in ZOHO
• Reporting: Generate inventory reports as needed and offering any AMT leftover stocks in the warehouse to the Sales Team
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounting, Logistics Warehouse, and Purchase teams to ensure alignment on inventory needs and availability.
• Customer Service Support: Respond to internal inquiries regarding inventory levels and assist with special requests or adjustments, as necessary.

Job Requirements 
 

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, retail, or supply chain preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management software like ZOHO.
• Basic analytical skills to interpret inventory data.
• Excellent written email communication and interpersonal skills.
