Position: Assistant Manager – Costing

Job Responsibilities: · Ensure accurate Product costing through periodic cost runs
· Costing & value chain analysis for all NPDs
· Preparation of Plant Efficiency reports & month-end MIS reports
· Monitoring production costs and analyzing variances between Budget and actual costs
· Preparation of Cost Benefit Analysis & Validation of Cost savings
· Control over BoMs & recipes & assure their accuracy in the system
· Calculate and monitor yield analysis and process losses
· Updating of monthly conversion cost report
· Conduct timely physical stock verification & inform the reasons for variances
· Evaluation of Slow moving/Non-moving stocks and ensure proper provisions
· Preparation of weekly Stock position & Mark to Market report
· Assisting the Manager during month-end closing, Budgets, Quarterly presentations & Project evaluations
· Any other Ad-hoc reports required
Job Requirements - Certified Management Accountant (CMA) / Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 3-5 years of experience in Costing with at least 2 years in a large organization handling Plant costing
- Mandatory experience in SAP – CO module
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluency in English, Arabic knowledge is added advantage
