Role Overview:
Lead commercial and quantity surveying function for Landscape and Infrastructure projects from head office, supporting multiple ongoing sites across Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full QS cycle: cost estimation, BOQ preparation, budgeting, and cost control for Landscape & Infra projects
• Handle pre-contracts, tendering, rate analysis, and subcontractor evaluation
• Prepare interim valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasting across multiple projects
• Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Planning, and Finance for commercial reporting
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC and contract conditions
• Lead and mentor QS team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying10-12+ years in UAE in Infrastructure & Landscape projects
• Strong experience in head office role managing multiple projects
• Expertise in cost management, contracts, and claims (FIDIC)
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Candy/BuildSmart
• Currently in UAE preferred
