Position: Technical Manager - Infra
Job Location: Dubai 
Candidate MUST be in UAE

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 
Exp: minimum experience of 10 years in Infrastructure projects 


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical design review, value engineering, and constructability assessments for infrastructure projects
• Lead and coordinate with consultants, designers, and internal engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, RTA and other authority regulations
• Provide technical guidance on roads, bridges, sewerage, stormwater, water networks, and utility diversions
• Review method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings
• Support project planning, cost estimation, and risk assessment
• Resolve site technical issues and provide engineering solutions during execution
• Manage QA/QC, technical documentation, and as-built submissions
• Mentor junior engineers and interface with client/authorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering 
• mandatory10+ years in UAE/GCC infrastructure projects (roads, deep utilities, infrastructure packages)
• Strong knowledge of authority approvals and design standards in Dubai
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project/Primavera
• Currently in UAE and available for immediate joining preferred
