Position: Accounts Payable AccountantJob Location: Dubai

Job Responsibilities: - Landed Cost checking and Allocation
- Bank Reconciliation & Cash/Bank Management
- Ensure all AP liabilities (local and import) are accurately reflected at month-end, including accruals for goods/services received but not invoiced (GRNI)
- Verify supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and delivery/service completion certificates
- Match invoices to approved BOQ (Bill of Quantities) / project budget line items
- Ensure proper 3-way matching (PO–GRN–Invoice) before booking
- Process import purchase invoices (materials, equipment, exepnses) against Proforma Invoice, LC terms, and PO
- Verify import documentation: Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter / CMA / ACCA part-qualified preferred)
- 5–6 years of relevant AP experience, with at least 2 years in a construction, contracting, or project-based organization
- Prior exposure to import procurement, LC processing, and landed cost accounting is essential
- Experience with ODOO ERP system, or similar; strong Excel skills
