Position: Sales Co-ordinator - cross-trades

Key responsibilities & requirements 

• Provide sales support to the Senior Management and the Sales Managers and distributors, including enquiries, pricing requests, order management and customer communications.
• Support sales growth initiatives as a key member of the internal sales team.
• Coordinate sales events, meetings, training sessions, factory visits and trade shows.
• Support sales, marketing, PR and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver onsite and remote support to customers and sales teams.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
• Maintain customer, distributor, prospect and competitor databases.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Profiles must be of candidates with exposure in trading companies engaged in cross-trades only
