Position: Finance Manager

Job Requirements: 

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury functions
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, financial regulations, and audit requirements
• Develop internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Supervise finance team and ensure timely month-end closing

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)
3-5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to Real Estate or Hospitality
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and UAE compliance
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced Excel
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills


Salary : AED 9000-10000 (all in) + benefits as per the UAE law
