Role Overview:
We are hiring a qualified Cost Accountant with mandatory Food Industry experience to manage costing, budgeting, and financial analysis for our operations in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis for food production
• Prepare cost sheets, BOM, recipe costing, and yield analysis
• Monitor inventory valuation, raw material consumption, and WIP
• Develop and control budgets, forecasts, and cost reduction initiatives
• Conduct profitability analysis by product, channel, and SKU
• Prepare monthly cost reports and management dashboards
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Finance for cost control
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Key Requirements: 

• CMA Certification is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Cost Accounting experience
• Previous experience in the Food Industry is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, costing, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and Advanced Excel
