Role Overview:
Lead boutique performance and deliver exceptional luxury client experience for a high-end jewellery maison.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive boutique sales targets, KPIs, and profitability
• Manage, coach, and motivate sales team to deliver world-class service
• Develop and leverage extensive personal client database of UHNW/HNW clientele to drive VIC sales and repeat business
• Build strong client relationships through clienteling, events, and after-sales follow-up
• Ensure impeccable boutique operations, visual merchandising, and brand standards
• Manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention in line with company policy
• Coordinate with HQ on marketing activations, trunk shows, and private viewings
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insightsMandatory

Requirements:

• Currently based in UAE 
• MUST be from Luxury Jewellery background only (Fashion/Apparel/Watches will not be considered)
• 5+ years in luxury retail with at least 2-3 years as Boutique/Store Manager in fine jewellery Proven track record with extensive UAE client database
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
