Position: Estimation Engineer – Landscape / Civil / Infrastructure
Location: UAE (Abu Dhabi / Dubai)
Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview:
Responsible for cost estimation, tendering, and proposal preparation for Landscape, Civil, and Infrastructure projects across UAE.

Key Responsibilities: 

Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQ
Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and detailed cost estimates
Floating enquiries to suppliers/subcontractors and comparative statement preparation
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions
Coordinate with Planning, QS, Procurement, and Design teams
Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client clarifications
Maintain database of market rates, suppliers, and subcontractor costs
Support value engineering and risk analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
• 5-10 years estimation experience in UAE in Landscape, Civil, and Infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, authority standards, and FIDIC contracts
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Candy/BuildSmart, Primavera, MS Excel
• Must be currently in UAE
