Position: Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), UAE

Role Overview:
Manage end-to-end delivery of a small-scale infrastructure project in RAK, with opportunity to scale up to a major infrastructure program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery as per scope, budget, and timeline
• Manage site operations for roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and related infra works
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities (RAK Municipality, etc.)
• Monitor project progress, cost control, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and regulatory standards
• Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• Prepare progress reports, cash flow, and project documentation
• Handle client meetings and stakeholder management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering10-12+ years in Infrastructure projects in UAE, with proven experience as Project Manager
• RAK / Northern Emirates experience preferred
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and authority liaison experience
• Must be available in UAE
