Job Overview:
Looking for an experienced Shift Miller / Chakki Miller from Flour Mill background to manage milling operations during shift and ensure optimum flour extraction and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage flour mill / chakki mill machinery during the shift
• Monitor wheat conditioning, grinding, sifting, and flour extraction rates
• Adjust roller mills, plansifters, and purifiers to maintain quality and yield
• Ensure production targets, extraction %, and quality parameters are achieved
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance team
• Maintain shift reports, production logs, and quality records
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and safety compliance (HACCP, ISO)
• Lead and guide mill operators and helpers in the shift

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Shift Miller / Chakki Miller in Flour Mills (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of milling process, Bühler / Satake / Alapala machinery preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shift, 6 days/week
