Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Between Ajman & Sharjah
Working Days: 6 Days/week
Timings: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager (preferably from Food Industry) to lead and manage all maintenance operations for the plant, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for entire plant & utilities
• Lead maintenance team of engineers, technicians, and electricians
• Maintain milling machinery, conveyors, packaging machines, compressors, DG sets, etc.
• Plan and control maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and AMC
• Ensure minimal downtime and quick troubleshooting of mechanical & electrical faults
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards
• Maintain maintenance logs, documentation, and audit reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Maintenance Manager in industrial setup – Food Industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utilities maintenance
• Experience in handling flour mill / food processing equipment is an advantage
• Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
