Position: Senior Accountant - Cross trade  
Job Location: Sharjah UAE 
Candidate MUST be in UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Manage cross-trade accounting: back-to-back transactions, high-seas sales, import/export documentation
• Prepare monthly closing, financial statements, and management reports
• Coordinate with banks for LCs, trade finance, and foreign currency transactions
• Monitor inventory in transit, costing, and margin analysis for cross-trade shipments
• Ensure VAT, corporate tax, and compliance for trading business in UAE
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, freight forwarders, and clients
• Oversee ERP entries and improve accounting processes

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
• 6-8+ years in Trading industry in UAE with cross-trade / international trading exposure
• Strong knowledge of trade finance, LC, Incoterms, and freight accounting
• Proficient in ERP (Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
