Position: Production Supervisor - Milling Industry
Location: Sharjah 
Shift: 12 Hours
Working Days: 6 Days/week

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor from the Milling / Flour Mill industry to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient, safe, and quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily production activities in the milling plant
• Ensure production targets, yield, and quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance, plan maintenance, and minimize downtime
• Manage and lead shift workers, assign tasks, and ensure discipline
• Maintain production reports, log sheets, and inventory of raw materials & finished goods
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, ISO, and HSE standards
• Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Production Supervisor in Milling / Flour Mill Industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of milling process, wheat cleaning, grinding, and packing
• Ability to handle 12-hour shift and 6-day working
• Good leadership and communication skills
