Job Overview: 

To design, implement and oversee the organization’s performance management programs that align with organization’s performance management strategy. To develop effective appraisal processes, ensure continuous feedback, support talent development, and drive a high-performance culture across the organization.


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure that all performance management programs align with organizational values, strategic goals, balance scorecard and industry best practices.
  •  Maintain the Performance Management System by keeping records accurate & up-to-date and providing system improvement that supports making sound decisions on employee’s performance related areas.
  • Act as a resource for employees seeking clarification or assistance with the performance management process, helping to promote transparency and understanding.
  • Responsible for coordination and records administration of Performance Management, ensuring employees are complying to the Performance Management policy & activities and all related documentations are available, properly maintained with integrity that provides valuable performance records of the employees.
  • Partner with managers and team leads to support the establishment of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals for employees.
  • Facilitate alignment of individual goals with team and organizational objectives, ensuring that all employees understand their role in the company’s success.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee performance, engagement, and retention, using these metrics to guide performance strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidential records of all performance appraisals and performance/development information of individuals to support PMS processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify high-potential employees and ensure their development through targeted programs and growth opportunities.
  • Provide Talent, Development & Retention Team with accurate and timely Performance Management reports, as required
Job Requirement: 
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR with specialized training in Performance Management and Talent Development.
  • Master’s degree in HRD preferably with a relevant professional certification (Preferred)
  • Job Skills: PMS skills, good communication
  • Strategic thinking, transparency, integrity, professionalism, passion for excellence, change management orientation
  •  6 to 8 years of relevant human resource experience including in-depth experience in performance management.
