Position: Accounting and Logistics Assistant

Job Responsibilities
Logistic:
· Creating and coordinating the packing and shipping instruction
· Coordinating the Sales confirmation and sending the sales confirmation to the customer
· Creating and coordinating the purchase instruction
· Booking the vessel with the freight forwarding agencies
· Checking the tin and carton coding details
· Checking and verifying the shipping documents such as BL, PL, COO and Health certificate
· Sending shipping advise to the customers.
· Coordinating and sending the shipping docs to the customers
· Tracking the shipment status on raw materials
· Tracking and reviewing the freight rate monthly
· Invoicing to the customer
Accounting:
· Book all cost in our Navision ERP system
· Payment to our creditors
· Manage debtors and payables
· Book all cash and do a daily bank reconcialiation
· Monthend stock reconciliation
· VAT management together with external support
· Managing acruals and prepayments
· Hold relationsship to external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
· Min. 6 years in administrative support
· Worked independently with clear responsibilities
· Knowledge about international import is an advantage (not a must)
· Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing
· Long standing knowledge of administrative work in logistic and/or accounting.
Logistic experience is more important
Salary: AED 7000-9000 (all in)
