Position: Legal Officer – Emirati

Job Responsibilities: 

- Provide legal advice on UAE laws, regulations, and compliance for the company.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai and UAE laws, and assist in obtaining/maintaining licenses.
- Conduct legal research and support corporate governance matters.
- Collaborate with departments on legal matters, risk management, and policies

Requirements:-
   Emirati national.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Valid UAE Law license (or ability to obtain).
- 0-2 years of experience in legal roles (fresh graduates with strong internships considered).
