Position: Rigger Level 2 – Advanced Rigger

Job Summary:
Mid-level role handling more complex rigging operations, lifting gear inspection, and load handling. Works independently on standard lifts and supports Level 3 on critical lifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute rigging operations for standard and semi-complex lifts
• Conduct pre-use and periodic lifting gear inspection
• Select correct lifting equipment based on load weight, dimensions, and CG
• Assist in load calculations and rigging arrangement planning
• Supervise Rigger Level 1 personnel during operations
• Ensure all rigging complies with approved lifting plans and permits

Requirements:

• Valid Rigger Level 2 certification from approved third party
• Experience in lifting gear inspection, rigging operations, and load handling 
• 2+ years experience in rigging operations and load handling
• Strong knowledge of lifting gear inspection and rejection criteria
• Ability to interpret load charts and basic rigging drawings
