Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand & Merchandise Manager to lead our women’s wear category in Dubai. The role will own the brand direction, product mix, and commercial performance across retail and e-commerce channels, ensuring we stay ahead in the competitive fashion market.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management- Develop and execute the brand strategy, positioning, and seasonal direction for women’s wear
- Ensure brand consistency across stores, VM, digital, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide collections
Merchandising & Buying- Own the OTB, range planning, and buying calendar for all women’s wear categories
- Analyze sell-through, stock levels, and profitability to optimize product mix and pricing
- Collaborate with design, buying, and suppliers to build balanced, profitable ranges
- Manage markdown strategy and seasonal clearance to protect margin
Commercial & Operations- Deliver sales, margin, and stock targets for the category
- Work closely with Retail Ops, E-com, VM, and Marketing to drive product visibility and performance
- Conduct regular store visits and market audits in Dubai and UAE
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to maximize value
Requirements:- 6+ years’ experience in Brand Management and/or Merchandising within Fashion Retail, with focus on Women’s Wear
- Proven track record managing P&L, OTB, and full lifecycle merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong commercial acumen, data analysis, and Excel skills Creative eye for trends with the ability to balance creativity with numbers
- Experience with Dubai/UAE or GCC retail market preferred
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Retail Management, or related field
