Job Overview: Ensure long-term reliability, performance, and lifecycle optimization of plant assets through structured reliability engineering practices, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to support safe and efficient plant operations. Support predictive maintenance, digital asset monitoring, and reliability projects to enhance plant availability and reduce lifecycle maintenance costs.
Job Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development and improvement of maintenance and asset management policies, reliability processes, and operating procedures. Support implementation and ensure alignment with reliability best practices.
- Monitor asset performance across the plant and identify reliability gaps impacting production efficiency and equipment availability. Lead initiatives to improve equipment reliability, reduce recurring failures, and enhance operational stability.
- Conduct structured failure analysis (RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone, etc.) for major equipment failures and recurring breakdowns. Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate repeat failures.
- Review and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies based on equipment performance, failure history, and operating conditions. Support the integration of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Develop and maintain equipment criticality ranking to prioritize maintenance strategies and resources. Support lifecycle management decisions including refurbishment, upgrade, or replacement of aging assets.
- Analyze maintenance data, downtime trends, and reliability indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, and failure patterns. Provide recommendations to improve maintenance effectiveness and equipment reliability.
- Support the implementation and utilization of digital maintenance tools including ERP systems, reliability dashboards, condition monitoring technologies, and IoT-based asset monitoring systems.
- Lead reliability improvement projects aimed at reducing downtime, improving equipment efficiency, and enhancing asset utilization. Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to implement improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements: - 4–7 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), CMRP, or equivalent certification in Asset Management / Reliability. (preferred )
- Reliability Engineering, Root Cause Analysis, Maintenance Strategy Development, Data Analysis, ERP Systems, Power BI or analytics tools.
