Job Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for technical design, proposal preparation, cost estimation, tender review, and application engineering for blast-resistant, explosion-proof modular buildings, E-Houses, and control room solutions. The role requires close coordination with customers, and internal engineering teams to develop competitive and technically compliant solutions. 

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for Blast Resistant, Explosion Proof modular technical Buildings, E-Houses, MCC Buildings, Control Rooms,.
• Review client specifications, datasheets, engineering standards, and tender requirements.
• Prepare tender technical layouts, equipment arrangements, preliminary GA drawings, and engineering calculations.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire & gas, and architectural disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards and project specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Identify material requirements and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate project costs, fabrication requirements, logistics, and installation considerations.
• Review RFQs and tender documents.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with client requirements.
• Develop technical clarifications, deviations, compliance matrices, and proposal documentation.
• Recommend suitable technical solutions based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Support customers with technical presentations and engineering discussions

Job Requirement: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Blast resistant, explosion proof modular buildings, E-Houses, control rooms, or industrial infrastructure modular projects.
• Experience serving GCC Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Power sector projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering design, estimation, and proposal preparation processes
• Experience with Blast Resistant Buildings (BRB) and Explosion Proof Buildings.
• Knowledge of modular construction and containerized building systems.
• Familiarity with international standards such as API, NFPA, IEC, ATEX, ISO, IBC, AISC, ASCE, and blast-resistant design guidelines.
