Job Overview: 
IT Director will be responsible for the strategic oversight, management, and continuous improvement of the organization's IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on cybersecurity, network performance, and SAP Business One operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our IT systems are secure, efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and deep technical expertise to manage a multi-location IT environment effectively. To Oversee IT infrastructure across five locations with more than 100 users. 

Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Leadership:

• Lead and drive the organization's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring robust protection of data, networks, and IT assets against evolving cyber threats.
• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies, standards, and procedures across all locations.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing, proactively addressing potential threats.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, recommending appropriate safeguards and system improvements.
• Oversee the deployment and management of firewalls, antivirus software, encryption, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and other security tools.

Network Management and Optimization:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across all sites to ensure seamless connectivity, reliability, and scalability.
• Optimize network performance through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrades as required.
• Implement redundancy, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Ensure adherence to network security protocols and best practices, maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

SAP Business One Administration:

• Ensure the system's security, stability, and optimal performance for all users.
• Collaborate with operational teams to align SAP functionalities with business processes, facilitating efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with SAP support and internal IT resources.

Policy Development and Compliance:

• Develop, update, and enforce IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices in
• cybersecurity, network management, and SAP operations. Ensure IT compliance with corporate governance, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
• Document IT processes and maintain an audit-ready IT infrastructure.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team across multiple locations, fostering a culture of accountability, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.
• Serve as a key point of contact for IT-related matters with management and other departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT systems effectively support business operations and strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent (B. Tech preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in cybersecurity, network management, and IT Infrastructure operations, with significant exposure to multi-location setups.
• SAP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One administration, including system configuration, user management, security, and performance optimization.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of network architecture, security protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, encryption, malware protection, cloud integration, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Cybersecurity Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to assess, mitigate, and respond to cyber threats, manage incident response, and maintain compliance with IT security standards.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication , and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and ability to solve complex IT challenges while ensuring minimal business disruption.
