Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Legal Director/Legal Head with a minimum of 15 years’ experience, preferably in industry, to lead our legal function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal guidance on international trading, regulations, governance, and compliance
• Oversee contracting standards, contract administration, and ensure adherence to UAE laws
• Manage board relations, support board meetings, and ensure corporate governance compliance
• Drive legal aspects of business operations, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with local UAE regulations
• Leverage strong connections in the UAE market to support business growth

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in legal roles, with focus on manufacturing / Industrial industry (not just law firm experience)
• Expertise in international trade, UAE laws, governance, compliance, and contract management
• Strong understanding of UAE business landscape and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
