Position: Rigger Level 3 – Senior Rigger / Rigging Foreman

Job Summary:
Senior role responsible for complex rigging operations, load calculations, and supervision of rigging activities in the heavy lift industry. Leads critical lifts and mentors junior riggers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise complex rigging operations and heavy lifts
• Perform advanced load calculations, sling tension, and CG analysis
• Review and implement method statements, lifting plans, and JSA
• Supervise Rigger Level 1 & 2 teams and allocate rigging resources
• Coordinate with Lifting Supervisors, engineers, and crane operators
• Ensure full compliance with ADNOC, LOLER, BS 7121, and client standards
• Lead lifting gear inspection programs and maintain traceability records

Requirements:

• Valid Rigger Level 3 certification from approved third party
• 5+ years experience in complex rigging operations in heavy lift industry
• Proven expertise in load calculations and supervision of rigging activities
• Familiarity with cranes, hydraulic jacking systems, skidding systems, and heavy equipment installation
• Strong leadership, risk assessment, and decision-making skills
