Position: Lifting Supervisor (ADNOC Approved)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an ADNOC-approved Lifting Supervisor with proven expertise in heavy lifting operations for our Dubai-based projects. The role involves planning, supervising, and executing critical lifts while ensuring full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting activities on site
• Prepare and review lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, LOLER, and BS 7121 regulations
• Inspect and certify lifting equipment and gear before use
• Lead toolbox talks and brief lifting crews on safe lifting practices
• Coordinate with project managers, rigging teams, and crane operators
• Monitor and document all lifts, maintaining records for audit purposes
• Respond to site emergencies and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Valid ADNOC approval as Lifting Supervisor
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy lifting operations
• Familiarity with cranes, hydraulic jacking systems, skidding systems, and heavy equipment installation
• Experience with Enerpac gantries, hydraulic jacks, skidding systems, and machinery relocation projects is a significant advantage
• Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging calculations, and lift categorizationTPI/Lifting Supervisor certification from approved third party
• Excellent leadership, communication, and HSE awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
