Job Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in digital transformation, government, consulting, or enterprise technology projects.
- Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) with excellent English communication skills.
- Strong experience managing client relationships and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business challenges.
- Experience in creating: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), User Stories, Process Flows, SOPs, Use Cases, and Journey Maps (preferred).
Job Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Lead workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and requirement gathering activities.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for service and operational improvements.
- Document business requirements through BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for design and technical teams.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder reviews, and sign-off sessions.
- Support requirement prioritization, change management, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Participate throughout planning, analysis, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Coordinate UAT activities, business validations, and acceptance sign-offs.
- Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, reports, and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues from a business perspective and recommend mitigation actions.
- Support governance activities including steering committee meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to proposal development, solution workshops, and pre-sales engagements where required.
- Promote best practices in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and service improvement.
