- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new deals.
- Attend and represent the company at product launches, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Monitor current market trends and develop/design new marketing tools to increase profitability.
- Assist management in developing marketing and specification tools for direct mail, email campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, corporate shows, etc.
- Conduct sales surveys covering product usage, pricing, market data collection, and analysis.
- Customize solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Update daily sales activities in the system with proper feedback and status updates.
- Specify relevant products for projects through consultants, architects, processors, etc.
- Support the sales & marketing team during client meetings for specifications and technical requirements.
- Generate new sales leads and set new performance benchmarks.
- Attend product trainings and continuously update knowledge on product features and applications.
- Conduct detailed study of customer needs and develop customized strategies to close deals.
- Initiate knowledge-sharing and brainstorming sessions within the team to devise strategies for new business.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective customers for new requirements and repeat orders.
- Coordinate with back-office for deliveries, installations, technical support, and quotations.
- Track specified projects and visit site architects as required to ensure product approvals and prevent loss of specifications.
- Liaise with head office for pricing, specifications, and product-related information.
- Use samples effectively for evaluation and demonstration purposes.
- Update CRM (Salesforce) regularly and submit reports on achievements, prospects, initiatives, market trends, challenges, and budgets.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to organizational systems and policies.
