Position: Diagnostic Technician- Performance Automotive

Candidate MUST be in UAE (ready to reloacte to Bahrain )

·       Advanced Diagnostics: Perform in-depth diagnostic assessments on vehicle systems including engine management, transmission, hybrid/electric powertrain, suspension, and CAN network communications.
·       Tool Utilization: Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools such as AUTEL, ODIS, ISTA, XENTRY, PIWIS, JLR Pathfinder, and Autologic for system analysis, calibration, and fault resolution. 
·       Data Interpretation: Analyze complex data streams, live parameters, and fault codes to accurately identify root causes of drivability and performance issues.
·       System Programming & Updates: Conduct ECU reprogramming and software updates using PIWIS and other manufacturer-approved platforms.
·       Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed diagnostic reports outlining test results, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective actions.
·       Technical Support: Provide guidance and advanced troubleshooting support to technicians for recurring or unresolved faults.
·       Collaboration & Estimation: Work with Master Technician and Service Advisors to provide accurate labor and cost estimates based on diagnostic findings. 
·       Post-Repair Validation: Conduct validation tests after repairs to confirm system performance and prevent repeat issues.
·       Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies including hybrid systems, EV platforms, ADAS, and performance tuning.
·       Efficiency & Turnaround Support: Assist the service team in improving diagnostic efficiency and reducing turnaround time for complex repairs.
·       Health and Safety: Responsible to follow and implement relevant requirements of Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual

Job Requirements: 

• Secondary School or Diploma in a related subject.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair
• Expertise in Automotive Diagnostics.

Salary: 400 to 750 BD plus Accommodation
