Position: Senior Sales Manager  - Export

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Drive category-wise sales volume, value, and gross margin targets, ensuring achievement of budgeted P&L objectives at customer and market level.
  • Formulate and implement in-market channel development, customer activation, trade promotions, and brand-building initiatives aligned with marketing calendars.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess competitive landscape, pricing, distribution effectiveness, and consumer trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and management presentations with actionable insights.
  • Oversee private label, food service, and industrial bulk export business in assigned markets as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with export regulations, trade policies, documentation requirements, and local market regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory availability, and efficient logistics execution.
  • Develop, present, and execute Strategic Business Plans and Annual Operating Plans for assigned markets in line with company objectives.
  • Lead identification, evaluation, appointment, and onboarding of suitable distributors and channel partners in target markets.
  • Manage and monitor distributor performance through structured KPIs to ensure optimal market coverage, sales growth, and execution excellence.


Job Requirements: 

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
·       Minimum 8–12 years of experience in export sales, international trade, or distribution management, preferably within FMCG or food products.
·       Proven experience working in both principal and distributor-based business models.
·       Strong knowledge of Europe, USA, GCC & Levant markets, export regulations, trade compliance, and regional business practices.
·       In-depth understanding of distributive trade structures, value-chain dynamics, pricing, and taxation regimes in assigned markets.
·       Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
·       Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
·       Willingness to travel extensively within assigned export markets.

Salary: AED 30000-33000 + Commission + Family benefits
