Senior Executive - HR & Administration


Position: Senior Executive - HR & Administration 
Job Location: Singapore 
Candidate MUST be in Singapore 

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Handling manpower requests for Singapore location basis approved manpower requests or for replacement positions
  • Recruitment process – Receiving manpower requests, Collecting JD from respective department head, Sourcing CVs, Screening CVs, Arranging Interviews, submitting finalized CVs to DXB HR team for final interview & offer issuance.
  • Maintaining a proper CV database Recruitment tracker and consultants’ agreements.
  • Employee onboarding process – Collection of relevant regulatory documents, joining formalities and alert to DXB HR on joining day for profile creation.
  • Employment contract issuance & updating DXB HR.
  • HR Induction and department introductions
  • New asset issuance to employees and updating in HR System.
  • Coordinating with DXB HR to close monthly attendance for Singapore offices within the deadline assigned.
  • Leave tracking, ensuring leave applications are in line with attendance.
  • Payroll ledgers, attendance data (unpaid leaves, in camp training leaves) etc for monthly payroll.
  • Ensuring KPIs for all employees are up to date in system by coordinating with DXB HR.
  • Manage miscellaneous supplies, including pantry items, stationery, drinking water, printer supplies, and any other office supplies.
  • Manage and maintain courier bookings, support and clearances.

Job Requirements: 
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to communicate in English (Speaking/Reading/Writing)
  • Any additional languages would be deemed an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years in similar role
