We are looking for a Marketing Manager with Fashion background. Candidate should have a passion for sports, a talent for leadership and a drive for success, talented, dynamic leaders who are passionate about Fashion. 
 
Job Responsibilities:  

 
•    Developing Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and awareness. 
•    Identify target markets and demographics to tailor marketing efforts effectively. 
•    Brand Promotion: Develop and maintain the brand’s identity and image. 
•    Media Management: Implement campaigns across various channels, including social media, traditional advertising and events. 
•    Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with design and production teams. 
•    Develop marketing materials and collateral for new product releases. 
•    Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing and influencer collaborations. 
•    Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. 
•    Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences. 
•    Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 
•    Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers, bloggers and other brands to expand reach. 
•    Events: Coordinate events and collaborations to enhance brand visibility. 
•    Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation. 
•    Public Relations: Work with the PR team to manage media relations, press releases and other public relations activities. 

Job Requirements 
  •   Minimum Qualification required: 
  •  Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing. 
  •  Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attributes: 
  • Previous luxury retail background and a strong understanding of the Middle East region  
  • Ability to set and execute marketing strategies  
  • Ability to deal with media and PR agencies  
  • Experienced in identifying and handling Social Media Influencers  
  • Digital Marketing understanding 
  • Budget management responsibility  
  • Strong organization and communication skills  
  • Product Knowledge & Business Acumen
