Position: Assistant Resident Engineer - Electrical

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Resident Engineer as required in accordance with the requirements of the project by regular site visits, inspections etc.,
• liaison with and coordinate with all technical disciplines, attend Site Technical Coordination Meetings to discuss Contractor(s) submissions, Shop Drawings and construction related matters.
• Inspect and monitor the work done by the contractor(s) to ascertain that work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents and accepted practice,
• ensure compliance with approved method statements and drawings, layouts etc.,
• Witnessing the site activities and testing,
• assist the Resident Engineer in the carrying out of the final inspection for certification of completion and handing over of the works and ensure that safety measures on site are adequate.

Job Requirement: 

• Experience - Min 8 Years in UAE
• Qualification - BE in Electrical Engineering
• Preference - : Experience with Transco, ADDC, DEWA etc
