Summary
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and enhancing vehicle electrical systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability across both modern high-performance and classic vehicles


Job esponsibilities: 

·       System Inspection & Fault Diagnosis: Carry out thorough inspections of electrical systems, service points, and wiring connections, and accurately diagnose faults in both modern and classic vehicles.
·       Component Repair & Installation: Handle the diagnosis, repair, and installation of electrical components, control modules, and accessories with precision and care. 
·       Custom Wiring & Performance Electronics: Design and build custom wiring harnesses and integrate performance electronics such as Motec systems, standalone ECUs, and advanced tuning modules.
·       Classic Vehicle Restoration: Restore and rewire classic and vintage vehicles, maintaining their original integrity while discreetly incorporating modern safety and reliability upgrades.
·       System-Specific Repairs: Identify and repair issues in charging, starting, lighting, and ECU control systems across various vehicle brands. 
·       Calibration & Tuning: Calibrate and fine-tune electrical systems related to fuel injection, ignition timing, and data acquisition to ensure peak vehicle performance.
·       Diagnostic Tools & Equipment Care: Use tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and advanced diagnostic scanners to test electrical circuits, and ensure all workshop equipment is properly maintained.
·       Task Completion & Quality Assurance: Complete all assigned repair and maintenance tasks on time while upholding the highest standards of quality and workmanship. 
·       Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of all work performed, including wiring changes, repair actions, and test results.
·       Technical Support & Mentorship: Offer technical assistance and mentorship to other technicians when dealing with complex or recurring electrical issues.

Job requiements 

o   Secondary School or Diploma in a related subject.
o   Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive electrical systems.
o   Expertise in diagnostics and electrical systems
o   Precision and attention to detail
o   Familiarity with performance electronics and tuning modules
o   Strong documentation and communication skills
    Commitment to safety and quality standards

Salay: 300 to 600 plus Accommodation
