Position: Performance Automotive Service Consultant

Candidate MUST be in UAE  (ready to relocate to Bahrain) 


Job Overview : 

Responsible for supporting the performance automotive aftersales business by delivering a high-quality customer service experience, coordinating service operations, and supporting revenue generation through effective scheduling, communication, and aftersales sales activities. The role focuses on customer engagement, service coordination, internal collaboration, and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and service performance.

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management: Deliver a personalized, professional, and consistent customer experience throughout the service lifecycle, from appointment booking to vehicle handover.
  • Service Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule service appointments based on workshop capacity, coordinate job progress with workshop teams, and proactively update customers on service status and timelines.
  • Aftersales Support: Identify customer needs and support upselling and cross-selling of relevant aftersales products and services in line with customer requirements and business targets.
  • Customer Feedback & Retention: Conduct post-service follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys, including NPS tracking, to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen customer retention.
  • Internal Coordination & Communication: Coordinate closely with technicians, supervisors, parts, and internal support teams to ensure timely service delivery and effective resolution of customer concerns.
  • Quality, Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all quality standards, processes, procedures, and company policies and prepare required service and performance reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives aimed at improving service processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency within the Performance Service Centre.
  • Health and Safety: Responsible to follow and implement relevant requirements of Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual
Job Requirements: 
  • High School or Secondary School Certificate
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, automotive aftersales, or a related role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Basic technical understanding of automotive service processes
  • Sales support and customer-focused mindset
  • High level of professionalism, work ethics, and attention to detail
Salary: 450 to 900 plus Accommodation
