Summary
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical and electrical systems on premium and performance vehicles. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics, high-quality repairs, productivity, and strict adherence to manufacturer standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Advanced Diagnostics & Fault Analysis: Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults on premium and performance vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools, manufacturer systems, and approved repair techniques.
• Complex Repair & Maintenance Activities: Carry out complex repair, overhaul, and maintenance activities on engines, chassis, driveline, and electrical systems in accordance with OEM specifications and industry best practices.
• Vehicle Systems & Technology Support: Attend to a wide range of vehicle technologies, including internal combustion, hybrid, and electric vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient diagnosis and repair.
• Productivity & Work Quality: Complete assigned jobs within agreed timelines while maintaining high standards of workmanship, accuracy, cleanliness, and workshop discipline.
• Documentation & Technical Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate service records, job cards, parts usage, and labor hours in line with dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with internal teams to support customer requirements, share technical expertise, and contribute to improved workshop performance and service quality.
• Continuous Improvement & Efficiency: Identify and propose improvements to enhance productivity, repair efficiency, and technical processes within the workshop.
• Compliance:Ensure all work complies with OEM standards, company policies, and OEM requirements, and actively support a strong safety culture

Job Requirements 

• Master Technician Certificate or a relevant technical qualification
• 4–6 years of experience in  performance automotive repair, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced technical and diagnostic expertise
• Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to quality, accuracy, and safety standards
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong work ethics, accountability, and results orientation

Salary: 400 to 750 BD plus Accommodation
