Summary
This role involves performing high-quality repairs and refinishing for various high-performance vehicles, adhering to brand specifications. Responsibilities include assessing damage, providing estimates, and ensuring proper installation of body parts. The technician will utilize advanced repair techniques, maintain safety standards, and conduct inspections and diagnostics to ensure vehicle quality before delivery.

Job Description:
·       Perform high-quality repairs and refinishing for various high-performance vehicles, ensuring adherence to the set specifications and standards.
·       Assess vehicle damage and provide detailed estimates for repair costs and timeframes.
·       Dismantling and re-installing the necessary damaged body parts, ensuring proper reinstallation as per Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to repair structural damage.
·       Responsible for handling, managing, repairing, and touch-up paint on vehicle body parts such as bumpers, panels, and other relevant parts.
·       Utilize advanced techniques and specialized tools to restore vehicles to their original condition, paying special attention to aesthetic details and structural integrity in line with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
·       Engaging in paint-less dent removal, strip and refit, machine polishing and paint and scratch repair, ensuring no damage to customer’s vehicle.
·       Maintain and wear all required health and safety PPE, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
·       Utilize advanced techniques and specialized tools to restore vehicles to their original condition, paying special attention to aesthetic details and structural integrity.
·       Inspect repaired vehicles, perform diagnostic tests, and test drive vehicles to ensure that all issues have been detected and resolved before returning the car to the customer.
·       Achieve all productive targets as set by the department in a timely and efficient manner.
·      Stay updated on the latest technologies, materials, and techniques in auto body repair.
·       Responsible to follow and implement relevant requirements of Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual

Job Requirements

o   Secondary School or a relevant a degree in a related field 
o   1 - 3 years of experience as an autobody technician, preferably with a focus on high-performance vehicles
o   Expertise in auto body repair techniques, including paint-less dent removal and machine polishing.
o   Proficiency in assessing damage and providing accurate repair estimates.
o   Knowledge of Original Equipment Manufacturer guidelines for vehicle repairs.
o   Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to inspect, diagnose and resolve vehicle damage effectively.

Salary:  400 to 750 BD plus Accommodation
