Job Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain marketing materials, including catalogues, brochures, and internal documents, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Regularly refresh and manage marketing collateral.
• Create clear, engaging, on-brand copy for social media and marketing collateral to support campaigns and drive audience engagement. • Oversee social media activities, including content creation, engagement, and customer interaction.
• Capture and edit photos of products and events.
• Update website contents through CMS.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry across the database.
• Identify information gaps and request additional data as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date product details and customer information.
• Develop a dictionary of food-related terms based on product range.
• Organize and maintain producer and marketing data for easy access and retrieval.
• Coordinate with finance and sales teams to ensure comprehensive data integration.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of marketing materials.
• Enhance skills in graphic design, video editing, and photography/videography.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills:• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suit
e (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat).• Basic photography skills with an eye for detail.
• Creativity, innovation, and a strong sense of design.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with videography, Adobe Premiere Pro and video editing.
• Ability to sketch and paint.
