Key Responsibilities:
  •  Strategy & Planning o Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the luxury brand’s positioning and business objectives.
  • Manage annual and monthly digital marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with product launches, campaigns, and key retail events.
  • Performance Marketing o Oversee paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Content & Social Media Management.
  • Manage content creation for social media platforms, ensuring it reflects luxury standards and engages high-net-worth customers.
  • Collaborate with creative and PR teams to execute brand campaigns digitally.
  • Ensure a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all digital channels.
  • CRM & Customer Engagement
  • Drive personalized campaigns using CRM tools to enhance clienteling and retention. 
  • Leverage customer data insights to design targeted digital activations.
  • E-commerce & Website Management
  • Oversee digital merchandising, promotions, and website updates to ensure a premium customer journey.
  • Optimize website SEO/SEM to improve visibility and online traffic.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, social media engagement, and website traffic.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with store operations, merchandising, PR, and external agencies to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain strong vendor/agency relationships for media buying, influencers, and content partnerships.
Key Requirements:
•         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
•         Mandatory: Minimum 4–7 years of digital marketing experience in the luxury retail industry in Dubai.
•         Strong understanding of the luxury consumer mindset and digital trends in the GCC region.
•         Proven expertise in managing social media platforms, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.
•         Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing automation tools.
•         Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•         Creative mindset with an eye for detail and luxury aesthetics.
•         Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
