Position: QA/ QC Engineer  
Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Type: Full Time 

Candidates should have working experience of 5-15years in High & Extra High voltage Overhead Transmission lines (OHTL) field with TAQA/ TRANSCO or DEWA  would be preferred.

Quality Planning: 
Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific quality assurance and quality control plans. 
Site Inspections: 
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure all work complies with project specifications and industry standards. 
Compliance: 
Verify adherence to technical specifications, safety protocols, and relevant local authority regulations (e.g., DEWA). 
Documentation: 
Manage project quality documentation, review design documents and technical specifications. 
Non-Conformance: 
Identify and manage non-conformities, and ensure timely resolution. 
Reporting: 
Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, quality metrics, and performance of OHTL. 
Coordination: 
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, project engineers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are met. 

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering. 
• Experience: 5-15 years of direct experience in High & Extra High Voltage Overhead Transmission Lines (OHTL). 
• Industry Experience: Preferred experience with TAQA, TRANSCO, or DEWA standards and projects. 
• Strong understanding of OHTL construction and technical specifications. 
• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Proficiency in QA/QC principles and ISO 9001 standards (certification preferred).
