We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee substation power construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
    - Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
2. Project Execution:
    - Manage and coordinate project activities, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
    - Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
3. Risk Management:
    - Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, financial, and schedule risks.
    - Develop and implement risk management plans to minimize project disruptions.
4. Quality and Safety:
    - Ensure that project work meets high-quality standards and safety requirements.
    - Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards.

Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    - Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are an advantage.
2. Experience:
    - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in power construction project management, preferably in substation projects.
    - Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
3. Skills:
    - Strong technical knowledge of substation power construction and electrical systems.
    - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    - Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
