Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Design (Civil) to lead the design team for substation and cabling projects, ensuring high-quality designs, compliance with industry standards, and effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Leadership:
    - Lead and manage a team of civil designers and engineers.
    - Ensure that designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
2. Design Development:
    - Develop and implement design standards, procedures, and best practices.
    - Ensure that designs are optimized for construction, maintenance, and operation.
3. Project Coordination:
    - Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
    - Ensure that design deliverables meet project schedules and budgets.
4. Quality and Compliance:
    - Ensure that designs meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    - Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    - Professional certifications (e.g., PE) are an advantage.
2. Experience:
    - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in civil design, preferably in substation and cabling projects.
    - Proven experience in leading design teams and managing design projects.
3. Skills:
    - Strong technical knowledge of civil design principles and practices.
    - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    - Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
