Position: HR Systems and Payroll 
Job location: Abu Dhabi 
Candidate Location: UAE (preferred Abu Dhabi) 
Industry: Oil & Gas 

Job Responsibilities 

·       Ensure employee payroll information, documentation and records are accurately maintained in HRMS.
·       Process payrolls for all employees on a monthly basis
·       Follow up on timesheets, contact respective employees and ensure timesheets are completed before close of payroll deadlines.
·       Perform routine audits on payroll and ensure payroll accuracy
·       Ensure appropriate and timely post-payroll activities such as pay slip disbursement for site personnel and closing of inactive employees.
·       Liaise with Finance for the payment of salaries
·       Process on HRMS all employee status changes including salary, benefits, grade, designation, location, and all other changes to an employees employment package.  
·       Maintain leave and ticket entitlements and process encashments
·       Prepare and issue final settlements and ensure timely completion of release & discharge formalities.
·       Respond to employee queries on salary payments, timesheets, and other payroll related matters.
·       Coordinate with the HR system provider and ensure system is updated with the latest software.
·       Maintain data integrity & absolute confidentiality  
·       Prepare various payroll reports and other payroll analysis.

Salary: AED 6000-8000 (all in) + Benefits
