Position: Guest relation executive

Job Responsibilities:
· Welcome guests upon arrival; ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
· Act as main point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure apartments meet high standards.
· Conduct inspections before arrival and after departure.
· Provide local recommendations and support to guests and necessary stay information.
· Report incidents, damages, or operational issues to management.
· Assist with reservation coordination and respond to guests on booking platforms.
· Support onboarding of newly acquired apartments.
· Maintain relationships with property owners; represent the company.
Requirements
o Experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service, or sales is preferred.
o Energetic and Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Professional appearance and positive attitude.
o Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
o Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Fluency in English & Arabic
o Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when needed.
o Valid UAE driving license + CAR
Salary AED 6000-7000 + Fuel allowences + standard benefits as per UAE law
