Job Summary:
Our client in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Engineer - QA/QC (Civil) to join their team in power contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of civil works, conducting inspections and tests, and implementing quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control:
    - Develop and implement quality control procedures for civil works.
    - Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
2. Defect Identification and Correction:
    - Identify defects or issues in civil works and recommend corrective actions.
    - Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
    - Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports and test results.
    - Provide regular reports to project stakeholders on quality control status and issues.
4. Compliance and Regulatory:
    - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
    - Stay up-to-date with changes to regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience:
    - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in power contracting.
    - Proven experience in quality control and assurance.
3. Certifications:
    - Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001) are an advantage.
4. Skills:
    - Strong technical knowledge of civil works and quality control principles.
    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Strong communication and documentation skills.
