Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Construction to support the construction team for substation projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Construction Management:
    - Assist in managing and coordinating construction activities, including site preparation, installation, and testing.
    - Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
2. Site Supervision:
    - Supervise and direct site personnel, including contractors and laborers.
    - Ensure that site work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
3. Quality and Safety:
    - Ensure that construction work meets high-quality standards and safety requirements.
    - Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards.
4. Project Coordination:
    - Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.
    - Ensure that construction deliverables meet project schedules and budgets.

Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    - Professional certifications (e.g., OSHA) are an advantage.
2. Experience:
    - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction management, preferably in substation projects.
    - Proven experience in managing construction teams and ensuring quality and safety compliance.
3. Skills:
    - Strong technical knowledge of construction practices and principles.
    - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    - Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
