Position: Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - IT Job Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full time
Industry: Retail Job Responsibilities:- Provide L2/L3 end-user support for stores and corporate users
- Support retail systems and POS environments (hardware & basic application support)
- Manage and troubleshoot store and office networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Handle firewalls, routers, switches, and ISP coordination
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Assist with store openings, rollouts, and upgrades
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure SLA adherence
Job Requirements- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure / End User Support
- Strong exposure to Retail IT environments
- Good knowledge of networking, firewalls, POS hardware, and desktops
- Experience supporting multi-store operations
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Salary: AED 10000/- + benefits
