Job responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and perform the end-to-end sales process of metal products to achieve or exceed the company’s sales targets, margins, and Net Added Value (NAV) objectives.
- Responsible for all sales-related documentation and coordination with internal departments.
- Interface with Sales, Logistics, and plant yard teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders and proper allocation and supply of grades to customers as per requirements.
- Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Communicate sales-related updates to customers regularly, including dispatch plans and order status.
- Ensure timely dispatch of material and negotiate documents by coordinating with the treasury team for pre-dispatch limits/clearances and post-sale document negotiations.
- Ensure LME bookings are completed as per agreed commercial term
- Implement all applicable section policies, processes, and procedures
- Implement section work plans within the approved budget
- Participate in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop vendor pending orders and stage-wise progress reports for effective follow-up.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to organize hired transport and containers for loading goods in line with customer commitments.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of shipment status and progress.
- Plan and organize timely delivery of materials to customers in line with their specifications and requirements.
- Monitor order status and inventory levels and take corrective actions when required.
- Prepare accurate pre-dispatch and post-dispatch documents in line with contractual and regulatory requirements, and follow up on schedules for confirmed sales orders.
Salary AED 15000-17000 + Benefits
