Position: Manager - Project

Key Responsibilities:-

  Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale substation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.
- Project Planning: Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a project team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Budget Control: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure substation design and construction meet technical specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.

Requirements:-

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically managing substation projects (high-voltage transmission and distribution).

- Skills:
    - Strong project management skills, with PMP or similar certification preferred.
    - Expertise in substation design, construction, and commissioning.
    - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
    - Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical substation systems, protection schemes, and relevant standards (IEC, IEEE).
